I have had 5 finishes this year, 4 of them big ones and none of them are for me *sob*….. I think I need to work on some me things for awhile…… so does that mean I can have a new start?……. No probably not LOL Although I will be starting a new project with Kristin in the next week or two as we have decided to continue on with our sal, this one will be Celtic Autumn which will be for me
I need to get xmas Fae finished (its a late pressie for my nieces birthday) and then I want to get 5 different colour ways done for my nieces/daughters of L&L’s Judy’s freebie angel for xmas. I was planning on working on Watergarden as my next big wip……… but……. do I need a finish for me sooner than that? Will a new start make me feel better? Nope it will probably add to my big WIP pile and make me feel overwhelmed…… I really need to get butterfly – day done for my Dad…… its been a wip for about 4 years now…. but I want something for me……. waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh Maybe I could start our wedding sampler?………
Thanks for listening to me whinge!
*hugs*

HAHAH..
I’m sorry but I can’t help but laugh…You sound like me, I have so many in line waiting to be done for people, including my sister’s wedding sampler. =|
Have you thought about when the baby comes and how very little stitches will reach those fabrics?? LOL
Well good luck to us both! haha

Its a bit depressing when you have stitching commitments and really want to start something for yourself. Right now I have this very unhealthy compulsion to finish my WIP’s I don’t know why. I have a number of things kitted up but for some reason I want to finish my WIP’s. I am sure that will change in a week or so.
I actually have Celtic Autumn kitted up and have been dying to start one of the Celtic Ladies(have spring kitted as well).

Oh I know that feeling so well. I have been stitching for 10 or so years and have two, yes TWO of my own pieces on the walls.
Noreen is right about how little stitching time you’ll have once baby is here. Not so bad when they’re tiny, but once they can move about and you can’t just leave your stitching around, it’s sooo much hard to find time. Oh dear, if you weren’t depressed before, you sure will be after reading my comment lol.
