Well, I have finally decided on a new rotation.
A focus piece for 2 weeks, either in a row or on odd weeks this gives me the opportunity to keep going if I feel I am making good progress, am not bored, or am nearly finished. My focus will be Mirabilia’s July’s Amethyst Fairy then followed by Chatelaine Watergarden.
On my 2 other weeks, I will have a screaming rotation through my WIP’s. 1 week will be an existing WIP only the other week can be a new start…… I realize this means I could have a new start every month…….. isn’t that a hardship?!! LOL.
My fabric still hasn’t arrived so the first new start will probably be Mira’s Three for Tea.
I will also continue to work on my SAL’s with Kristin. I am feeling quite well today, wasn’t too good yesterday, but the well days are making me begin to think that the horrible ALL DAY morning sickness is drawing to a close…. YAY!
I got a lovely gift yesterday. I will post a picture a little later.
*hugs*

Hey everyone
How are you all?!
Sorry for not updating in SO long
I haven’t stitched for ages either….. probably since the Dwn picture below. I have now had 2 days in a row where I haven’t felt like throwing up all day, I am hoping things are looking up! But….. also a little worried that everything is okay with the baby. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow. But since its the weekend I haven’t had a chance to do any stitching STILL!!
Tarissa is the star in our family at the moment. She was in Saturday’s paper. Tarissa’s school was among one of the top 20 schools in NZ who earnt the most (per student etc) for the World Vision 40 hour famine, and as she was the top earner in her school Tarissa has been chosen for the world vision Auckland week Scholorship. She is so excited. She gets flown to Auckland and back, her accomodation and food paid for and totally chaperoned the whole time. She gets taken to see sights and meet VIP’s and mentored for the whole week. She will also go to an awards dinner where she will be presented with her and her schools award. We are very proud of her. Alas it was a bit of a fight with her Dad to allow her to go, as he has them on the holidays and wanted her to do it his way……. oh well….. we worked it out in the end.
My stitch a long partner Kristin sent me a birthday present. It arrived last week…… I have been so good and haven’t opened it up…… I am trying to wait until my birthday
Stab and Stash had a sale recently and I was bad and bought a piece of fabbie with my child caring money. I am hoping that it will work for Lady of the Mist. If it does I think I will start her. I also think that I will go back to a rotation, probably week by week with a focus piece every other week. Not totally sure how I will work it yet, can’t wait to get my stitching mojo back though
Hope this finds you all well!
*hugs*

Here is my pathetic progress on Celtic Summer for this week, been so tired even lifting my arms is hard!

Here also is an update on JAF, its a dull day here today, so not a very good picture sorry.

Life in general……. I’ve had enough of feeling queazy! LOL Now I know I shouldn’t complain. But I think it would be better if I actually threw up! I have absolutly NO energy most of the time, in fact even lifting my arms to stitch is a bit much sometimes. I don’t remember being like this with any of the others, so I hope everything is okay with the baby.
The kids are all good. The boys decided to share a room for some weird reason, they normally hate sharing LOL
Well thats about it, I’m boring LOL
*hugs*

I’ve been tagged… by Noreen
It is about 7 things about me. Rules first!
Here are the rules: Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to write on their own blog about their seven things, as well as these rules. You need to choose 7 people to get tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they have been tagged and to read your blog!
1. I went to 14 different schools, including correspondence when we lived in the bush once….
2. I don’t like pets or plants when I am pregnant
3.I used to read…. a lot! Now I have a hard time finishing a book, nothing is that interesting anymore
4. I used to have my tummy button pierced
5. I lived in Australia for 2 years on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I loved it.
6. I used to do figure roller skating when I was a child
7. I have heaps of cooking books but I’m not a very good cook
I can’t think of anyone to tag, everyone seems to have done this one already. So if you read this and haven’t already, consider yourself tagged! Please leave a comment to say you are answering

Hi everyone
First up, here is Celtic Summer

I haven’t been stitching much, I have just been feeling really yuck and weak, but I am starting to feel better now.
Also I follow a few blogs of people that are struggling to get pregnant and I must admit I feel really bad. I know its not my fault or theirs that a baby hasn’t happened for some people but I have felt like I shouldn’t share about our baby. I have come to the conclusion that I have to. Our baby and my family is a part of my blogging life. But that doesn’t mean that I am not sad for those who struggle so hard to become parents.
I hope that everyone is well!
*hugs* to all

The kids have this book with all these funny rhymes……. my favourite has always been….. driving in the car sick, feeling kinda car sick, I feel sick….. and on and on it goes until he is sick
One of the reasons I probably like it is cause I DON’T get car sick and neither do the kids……. but lately this rhyme just keeps on running through my head……. I wonder why?!! LOL I am usually very good at being pregnant……. not this time, although I haven’t BEEN sick…….. I constantly feel sick, my poor kids are always being grumped at and my poor husband comes home to an extremely messy house (I tell him its his fault and he laughs! LOL) Anyway…… now that I have shared my misery with you….. onto better things!
Here is July’s Amethyst for this week…… haven’t got much done……. I am trying to get Ivy done for my niece……. but stitching when you feel constantly queasy isn’t that easy I have discovered!
This fabric is really hard to photograph and it is a really yucky wet and drizzly day today!
Anyway………. hugs!
