Changing my rotation……..AGAIN!!

LOL

I am going to change my rotation back to 10 hours on a project and rotate through them Although it might take awhile at the rate that I am stitching at the moment, at least I will see some progress!

So this is the order I am going to stitch in:

Mermaids of the Deep Blue
Xmas Ornies
Fat Mermaids
Butterfly – Day

That should get something happening with my stitching, oh so many projects and so little time

I have also fallen in love with this project, above, Wedding Sampler by Moira Blackburn. It was talked about on TGOS yahoo group. WOW!!

The other is a pattern that I got from Lisa in exchange for the Scent of Old Roses pattern. Lisa also sent me a fat quarter of Silkweaver 28 count Ocean which is really beautiful and a 9×12 cut of Golden Turret, not sure who made it but it is lovely too! Talk about spoilt!!

Mike and I had out engagement party on Saturday night, which was a lot of fun and really relaxing, we just had everyone bring a plate, and then hung out talking and eating

We have started looking at houses which is lots of fun, we might have found one that we like already Mike decided to sell his so that we could but one together that was “ours” and not “his” isn’t he a sweetie?!! LOL I love him very much )))))))

My children

are lovely And so is my Mum

I had a lovely mothers day, my children all gave me a little present, and a card that they had made themselves which was really special! Talk about feel loved! Mike also gave me a gift, a silver bracelet and some soap and a lovely card

I am having a bit of a down day today, isn’t it funny how you have a super lovely day or two……… followed by a crap one?! I don’t think anything is wrong with me…….. other than I just feel low…. silly really!

Yesterday I started another fat mermaid, this one is a red one that I have converted. I am doing her on a Kiwi Pearl from Countrystitch and she is looking fab so far! I will post a picture when there is a bit more to see My rotation has gone out the window again….. I just don’t get much stitching time anymore…. suxs! LOL

I also spent a little time recently on my Peace Tree which just has some more beads to add and then the finishing

Tarissa has joined Wade’s soccer team and is really excited……… she is really into it too

Work is going well, although I really hate working Saturdays! I miss so much with my kids…. and I hate starting at 7am after finishing the night before at 9pm. Not much I can do about it……. except hope that someone want to change a weekday with me…….. that would be lovely!

I am going to be getting a bit extra work in a week or so for 6 weeks, the boss needs an operation and so will be away, and one of the other bakers has resigned, so they need extra staff on…. it will be good for the bank account anyway!

I started paying for the fabric for my wedding dress today, so that is a good start anyway……. even if it feels like nothing else in my finances is working! Hopefully soon it will all sort itself out!

Maggie got my parcel for the Stitchnz scissor fob exchange so I can now put up some photos I stitched Sweet Sally from Twisted Oaks (a freebie) on Countrystitch Kiwi Illusions Lagoon (32 count Linen) My pictures aren’t that fab, but the weather has been lousy! (excuses, excuses eh?! LOL) Although it is lovely so far today

Well my

blogging seems to be turning into a bit of a weekly thing instead of nightly…….. oops LOL

I have finished my scissor fob for the Stitch NZ exchange and I am going to send it tomorrow……. I hope that Maggie likes it……. I’m a bit nervous… my finishing isn’t that fabulous as I had never finished one before….. if it was for myself I wouldn’t mind BUT…………………..

I can’t put up a photo yet of course……. all in good time Then you can judge for yourselves

I am up to my Watergarden slot tomorrow……… hmmm don’t have much done on that yet………. hopefully will get a bit done this round, although I have Joshua tomorrow so…….. hmmmm but I can definetly use the money…….. wedding costs just keep on going up!!!!!!!! ugghhh LOL

was a weird little glitch…. but my posts are now there

Mike’s Nana is in hospital with a chest infection, we went up to see her tonight. She is such a sweet little lady, I hate to see her feeling so bad!

I have just heard that another lady I know has had a relapse of cancer…. All prayers for her are welcome……..
